Tournament Sanctions
All Rated Sports events are officially sanctioned by US Club Soccer, ensuring compliance with nationally recognized standards for competition and team eligibility.

US Club Soccer Sanctioned Events
International Teams
For teams traveling from outside the United States, U.S. Soccer issues the required International Travel Permission approximately four (4) weeks prior to the event kickoff date. Rated Sports will coordinate this process and provide the necessary documentation to participating international teams.
Medical Release
Medical Release Form
All teams participating in the Phoenix Cup are required to complete a Medical Release Form prior to the start of the tournament.
A team representative (coach or manager) must complete and acknowledge the Medical Release Form on behalf of the team before the team is eligible to participate in any Rated Sports event. Teams should also ensure that each player has the appropriate medical authorization available throughout the event.

Team Check-In
All participating teams must complete the following steps prior to the event:
- Download and complete the Team Check-In Packet.
- Upload player passes/cards and an official digital roster to GotSport.
- Ensure all Medical Release Forms have been completed and signed.
- Confirm that all tournament fees have been paid in full.

College ID Camp Forms & Waivers
Download Waiver
All participants in the College ID Camp must complete and sign the required registration forms and waivers prior to participating.
Completed forms may be:
- Brought with you to check-in on the day of the camp, or
- Emailed in advance to camps@ratedsports.com.
Please review the instructions carefully and ensure all required forms are completed and submitted before the camp to avoid any delays in participation.

Event Rules
Rated Sports event rules are periodically updated to remain consistent with the latest U.S. Soccer Federation and US Club Soccer policies and competition standards.
Teams are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the official tournament rules. While the core rules remain consistent, updates or event-specific modifications may be issued after schedules are released. Please check back prior to the event for the most current version of the Event Rules.
Schedules
Event Schedules
Tournament schedules are typically published 7–10 days prior to kickoff. We encourage all teams to avoid making final travel or game-day plans based on the initial schedule, as adjustments may be necessary due to referee availability, coach conflicts, travel accommodations, field availability, and other scheduling considerations.
Once the schedule has been finalized, an official notification will be sent to all team managers and coaches.
To ensure our staff can focus on completing the scheduling process, we kindly ask that teams refrain from contacting the tournament office regarding schedules until the official release announcement has been made.

Professional Game Day Photo Services are available for advance booking to capture your team’s tournament experience.
Throughout the event, our media team will also be on-site capturing action photos and videos for Rated Sports’ live social media coverage.
