All accepted teams are invited to take advantage of discounted hotel accommodations through our Official Hospitality Program. Once your team has been accepted into the tournament, you will receive access to our exclusive hotel booking links, offering preferred rates, convenient locations, and additional travel benefits.

Stay-to-Play Event
Phoenix Cup is a Stay-to-Play event. Accepted traveling teams are required to book through the official housing program. Our housing team can create a courtesy hold for your team.

Minimum 3-Night Stay
Check-in: Thu, Mar 11 · Check-out: Sun, Mar 14 (Girls). Check-in: Thu, Mar 18 · Check-out: Sun, Mar 21 (Boys). Games begin as early as 9:00 AM on Friday.
Minimum 10 Rooms per Team
Required per night to adhere to the Stay & Play Policy.
